Mako Wish

This collection is inspired by the day I found my first tooth, ever... at the Sands Beach, Port Royal, SC.
I was with my best friend and her 3 year old daughter. We planned a little afternoon to the little beach. On our way there, I spoke about finding my first tooth. We were walking along the little beach side, she was telling me a story and I was searching for my tooth. Using my feet to uncover the likeness of the root of a tooth, which were only black rocks or dry seagull poop. As I was listening to her, my eyes locked on a rock. I heard a voice in my head that immediately told me to “pick it up.” I was looking for the right detail from the start. The feeling was innate. For she is my witness, I picked up this Universal Tooth. Just a little under 3 inches, from root to tip. This tooth is the truth of how big a wish can be, & it can feel like it's worth millions of years waiting for when it is fulfilled.
